Understanding your subscription
Checkout shows the recurring amount, currency, billing period, applicable taxes, any minimum commitment and how to cancel, before you pay. Where a trial converts into a paid subscription, that is explained at the time. Only the features included in your plan form part of your purchase.
Stopping future renewals
You can cancel before your next renewal. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for, unless another right or agreed remedy applies.
Cancelling a subscription and deleting an account are separate actions. Cancelling does not prevent you from exercising a statutory refund, complaint or data protection right. We confirm cancellations and any final billing position.
Billing errors and service failures
Duplicate charges, and charges taken after a cancellation that should have stopped them, are investigated and put right. Where paid services are not delivered as agreed, we assess the appropriate remedy, which may include correction, repeat performance, a reduction or a refund.
Changing your mind partway through a business subscription does not automatically create a pro-rata refund entitlement. Any refund we offer at our discretion is separate from your statutory rights, which a blanket policy cannot override.
Cancellation rights
If you are buying as a consumer, distance selling cancellation rights may apply, commonly a 14-day period for a qualifying UK contract. Which rules apply depends on whether what you bought is a service, digital content or a mix.
Where a service starts during a cooling-off period at your express request, a proportionate charge may apply if you then cancel. Where a digital content cancellation right is lost, that requires the specific consent and acknowledgement the law sets out. Simply logging in or accepting general terms is not a substitute for either.
Asking for a refund
Get in touch with your account identifier, the relevant invoice or payment date, and the reason for your request. Please do not send full card details or passwords. Refunds are returned through the original payment method unless we agree something else with you.
Raising a complaint or disputing a charge in good faith does not waive any legal right you have.
