The paperwork, in plain English where we can manage it
Six documents govern your use of The RainMakers. The two that matter most if you are short of time are the Acceptable Use Policy, which sets out your responsibilities for the data you collect and the people you contact, and the Privacy Policy, which covers what we hold about you.

- Privacy PolicyWhat we collect, why we hold it, and the rights you have over it. Separately, see the Data Processing Agreement for data you collect using the platform.
- Terms of ServiceThe contract between you and us. Read alongside the Acceptable Use Policy and the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which both form part of it.
- Acceptable Use PolicyYou are responsible for what you collect and for every message you send. This page sets out what that means in practice.
- Refund & Cancellation PolicyCancel any time from your account settings. Consumers get 14 days to change their mind — with one important exception, explained below.
- Data Processing AgreementThis governs data you collect about other people using the platform. It is required by law and applies automatically to every account.
- Sub-processorsEvery supplier that processes personal data on our behalf, what it does and where. We give 30 days' notice before this list changes.
